Doing absolutely nothing and being worn out from it at the end of the day.

Dancing to my heart's content.

The Drunk By Noon Club - applications being accepted in the form of alcohol.

Getting crafty.

Wreaking havoc and running amok.

Eggrolls, as I was denied at War Practice.

Hanging out with my peeps for two weeks.

Not worrying about anything else in life.

I'm pretty much there myself. I keep forgetting that other things are happening between now and then. I'm just ready for it to be here.

just the thought of pennsic soothes my spirit...

I'm not a Pennsic regular but I'm sooo looking forward to immersing myself in the sights, smells, and sounds of Pennsic. It is a time to just let the ~real~ world fall away and feel like I did when I was a kid and summers were magical.

To dance because I feel like dancing and not worry about who is watching
To sing out loud because I feel like singing and not caring that I can't carry a tune because none of the other folks singing with me can either
To meet new people who will become my friends
To see old friends who I've lost touch with
To take a nap in my tent on a rainy afternoon (but it will only rain briefly in the afternoon long enough to cool things off then stop!)

I hereby promise to myself that I will get out of my cocoon this year and meet more people. So, someone come drag me out of Ansteorran camp and take me partying, please! My party buddies aren't going to make it this year so I need someone to show me where to go!
